    With over 30 years of experience in motorsports and driver development, Rod provides the vision and leadership that guide Race Face. His passion for helping young athletes succeed is the foundation of everything we do.

  • Carol Wortham – Director of Operations
    Carol ensures that the Race Face engine runs smoothly, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing the structure that keeps our programs moving forward.

  • Doug Addison – Director of Web & Creative
    Doug brings ideas to life through design and technology, making sure our drivers and programs shine across digital platforms.

  • Jacob Seelman – Digital Content & PR
    Jacob is the voice of Race Face, telling the stories of our drivers through compelling content, media outreach, and public relations.

  • Muhammad Haris – Digital Media Designer
    Muhammad adds the creative spark, designing the visuals and media assets that bring Race Face branding to the next level.
