STATESVILLE, N.C. – Officials from Bill McAnally Racing revealed Wednesday that NAPA Night Vision will serve as a primary sponsor of Daniel Dye in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series this season.

Part of a multi-race schedule, NAPA Night Vision will debut with Dye during the Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway Truck Series event on Friday, March 1.

The black, white, and yellow paint scheme with NAPA’s familiar hexagon logo was designed by United States Navy veteran Tim Dolbin.

It’s another chapter of the association between eponymous team owner Bill McAnally and NAPA Auto Parts, which goes back to the team’s earliest days in the NASCAR Winston West Series (now known as the ARCA Menards Series West).

Alongside NAPA, McAnally has secured a record 11 West Series championships with seven different drivers, including Sean Woodside (1999), Brendan Gaughan (2000, ’01), Eric Holmes (2008, ’10), Chris Eggleston (2015), Todd Gilliland (2016, ’17), Derek Kraus (2019), and Jesse Love (2020, ’21).

The team also boasts the most race wins in history between the East and West divisions with 107.

Dye joins that powerhouse lineage off his rookie Truck Series season with the now-defunct GMS Racing operation. Last year, Dye finished 18th in points and earned a best finish of sixth at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway in September.

The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season begins Feb. 16 at Daytona (Fla.) Int’l Speedway with the Fresh From Florida 250. Race coverage kicks off at 8 p.m. ET on FS1, the Motor Racing Network, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, channel 90.
