Race Face Digital Launches Kickstarter Crowdfunding Effort

Race Face Digital is running a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to support its new entertainment platform and gamification project.

NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – Officials from Digital Racing Cards LLC have launched a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to support the new Race Face Digital Entertainment Platform gamification project.

The Kickstarter program launched Tuesday, Jan. 23, and in its first 48 hours raised an impressive 50 percent of its initial pledge goal.

Fundraising efforts will continue through Feb. 27 at 3 p.m. ET, and race fans – as well as others wishing to support the venture and engage with racers across multiple motorsports disciplines – are encouraged to make a pledge by clicking here.

“We are excited to have taken the green flag and hit the launch phase of our Kickstarter program,” said Race Face Digital founder and CEO Rod Wortham. “I have learned so much about what it takes to run a successful campaign and how much work goes into it. It seems like every day there is something new to learn, and the Race Face Digital team has stepped up to the challenge in a big way.

“What I do know is that it is all about individuals who believe in your mission and want to be part of it, and without that support, we can’t succeed,” Wortham continued. “Giving grassroots racers a branding platform like other major league sports programs was just a thought one year ago, and to see it come alive is really exciting.”

Pledges can consist of any amount beginning at $1, with special reward levels beginning at the $10 threshold and spanning up to the $1,000 Founder’s Club level.

Of the 15 total Founder’s Club slots, six of them are still available.

All backers who pledge at one of the reward levels will receive a commemorative badge for their reward level that is displayed on their Pit Collection page, as well as free membership to the Savings HUB and a limited-edition digital collectible card or cards from the Race Face Digital Launch Series.

Higher reward levels include promo codes for Race Face Digital collectible cards valued above the pledge amount, a certificate of involvement, Race Face Digital apparel, and fan invites to special driver Discord chat nights during the course of the racing season.

Founder’s Club members will receive lifetime free access to all of Race Face Digital’s MP4 collectible cards, regardless of driver, racing series, or specific card edition.

• Pit Stop Supporter: $10 pledge
• Acceleration Member: $25 pledge
• Turbocharged Enthusiast: $125 pledge
• Nitro-Powered Pioneer: $175 pledge
• Ultimate Fan: $250 pledge
• Founder’s Club: $1,000 pledge (6 of 15 Slots Remaining)
