DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The schedule for the popular Dash 4 Cash mini-series, allowing NASCAR Xfinity Series drivers to compete for bonus money in four races, was confirmed Tuesday.

Entering its 16th season, the Dash 4 Cash will begin at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway on April 6, before continuing at Texas Motor Speedway on April 13, Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway on April 20, and Dover (Del.) Motor Speedway on April 27.

Each race will allow four eligible Xfinity Series regulars to collect a $100,000 bonus, which will be paid out to the highest finishing of the four contending drivers at the conclusion of each Dash 4 Cash event.

The March 30 Xfinity Series event at Richmond (Va.) Raceway will serve as the Dash 4 Cash qualifier, with the top four Xfinity Series regulars in that event making up the field for the first Dash 4 Cash race at Martinsville.

From there, the winner of each Dash 4 Cash bonus will extend their eligibility to the following race, joined by the three highest finishing Xfinity Series regulars from the current Dash 4 Cash event.

Martinsville, Talladega, and Dover were all part of last year’s Dash 4 Cash cycle, while Texas returns to the Dash 4 Cash program for the first time since 2010, the second year of the incentive program.

Xfinity Series director Wayne Auton confirmed that Cup Series drivers will not be permitted to race in any of the four Dash 4 Cash events, as has been the case in recent years.

Of additional note, Cup Series regulars will also be ineligible to compete in the final eight Xfinity Series races of the year – the regular-season finale and the seven playoff races for the Xfinity Series championship.
